Food on the Fly is a fast casual eatery located in the heart of Downtown Minneapolis. Focusing on sandwiches, rice bowls, and salads, our menu combines Korean flavors with Midwest classics. We masterfully craft delightful dishes without compromising on quality. We strive to serve our bustling Downtown clientele with enticing and fulfilling meals in a time-efficient manner.
The Team
Food on the Fly is proud to have Samo, Nate, and Danny as the core chef team. With their combined experience, each member possesses distinct skills, creating a dynamic and well rounded restaurant.
Our Food
Every dish is carefully crafted to balance flavors and textures. We have put a great deal of time and care into fine tuning all of the recipes that we make in-house every day. From the bulgogi sausages to the fermented bean sprouts, everything was tested and refined until we were 100% satisfied with the results.
Plant-Based Options
Many of our animal-based dishes have a plant-based version as well. We craft these vegan, plant-based proteins with the same care that we do everything else on the menu, and as such, we are happy to offer them an no additional charge.
Wholesale Distribution
We are grateful to be able to supply our vegan meats to restaurants around town. Stray Dog in Northeast and all four Parkway Pizza locations now are using our vegan products on their menus.
